All members, parents, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, fellow members, and opponents.
Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the field.
Players must arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled session to warm up and be ready for training.
Regular attendance is essential for consistent progress.
In case of absence, parents or players should inform the academy in advance.
Players must wear the official academy uniform or appropriate sportswear during training sessions.
Proper footwear and safety gear (shin guards, helmets, gloves, etc.) are mandatory as per the sport.
Players are responsible for bringing their own personal equipment unless otherwise provided by the academy.
Safety is our top priority — all activities are conducted under trained supervision.
In case of injury, immediate first aid will be provided, and parents/guardians will be informed.
Players recovering from injuries must submit a fitness clearance before resuming training.
Academy grounds, gym, and equipment must be used only for training purposes.
Players should treat all facilities with care and respect. Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.
Littering or misuse of property is strictly prohibited.
The academy may take photos/videos during training sessions, tournaments, or events for promotional purposes.
Parents or players who do not wish to be included must inform the academy in writing.
Membership fees must be paid on or before the due date.
Late payments may result in suspension from training until fees are cleared.
Fees are non-refundable except in special cases approved by the management.
Players must notify in advance if they plan to take extended leave from training.
Long-term absences may require re-evaluation of skills before rejoining regular sessions.
The academy follows a strict zero-tolerance policy for performance-enhancing drugs or banned substances.
Cheating, match-fixing, or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.
Parents and players should address queries, concerns, or feedback directly to the head coach or management.
Gossip, rumors, or indirect complaints are discouraged to maintain a positive environment.
